Dear Noel,

I have now had my website for nearly two years, I thought I should write to you to thank you for all your hard work and efforts to make it a great success. After working for Christie's for 18 years, setting up my own business was very daunting, but you helped make the process very easy.

The website your company PC Options, designed and programmed was beyond my expectations; it looks really great and I receive many compliments for it. It is also very easy to use, both for people who visit and for me using the back end. It has been going up the list on Google at a steady rate and now for certain searches I am near or at the top; every month I get more and more hits, I now have people visiting from 80 countries world wide. If ever I have problem, just one quick email or phone call and it is fixed immediately.

So thank you very much and I hope we will work together for many years to come.
